Requirements

In order to be an independent carrier operating on the Obelisk-bag platform, we have certain major requirements as set out below ("Requirements").

You must be able to comply with the requirements at all times. This is the basic term for our contractual relationship with you.

If you are not able to comply with our requirements, you cannot become or continue to be an Obelisk-bag producer or courier.

The terms in capital letters below have the same meaning as the terms agreed by you and we may update or change these requirements in the future. If we do, we will let you know by sending you a notification and posting an updated version of these requirements in the Obelisk-bag portal.

Personal requirements:

You are:

He must be over 18 years old;

You have the right to work in Saudi Arabia and do not work in violation of the visa conditions;

Holds a Saudi license (Local Authority);

You may be asked to pass a background check.

Driving requirements:

You should, if you are making a home-grown meal-serving product:

Holds a cooking license, and the safety is valid in the area  in which the services are provided;

Notify us immediately if you are banned or suspended from work;

Have adequate workplace insurance (including Compulsory Third Party Insurance (CTP)).

Your vehicle (car, motorcycle or scooter) must:

You must, if you use a vehicle to provide services:

Hold a valid driver's license in the area where the services are provided;

Notify us immediately if you are banned or stopped from driving;

You have adequate car insurance (including compulsory third party insurance (-)).

Your vehicle (car, motorcycle or scooter) must:

be properly registered;

be in good condition and in good condition;

Complies with all vehicle laws relating to safety, insurance and operability.

Equipment requirements:

you have to:

access to a smartphone (or other device) running on iOS or Android systems;

download and update our mobile applications required for you to perform the Services;

Use of an insulated, resealable food transport bag;

If you use a motorcycle or scooter in the performance of the Services, wear an Australian Standards compliant motorcycle/scooter helmet and any other reasonably required safety equipment;

If you use a service bike, wear a bike helmet that complies with Saudi standards.
